About Us

The SpartMart is a school shop that is run by the students who attend STEM. The School's SpartMart online store is run by a group of students.

Some of the Frequently Asked Questions are : 

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Our orders can take one to three days before they are ready for pickup. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or text message confirming that your order is available for pick up. Our pick up location is in the Secondary Office. If your child is in elementary school, please let us know and we will bring it down to the elementary office.

While we do offer shipping, we recommend you or your student pick up your order from the secondary office to avoid further fees.

While we almost always have your orders ready in one to three days, sometimes it may take a little longer to receive your order due to school breaks, technical difficulties, etc. If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please contact us.

How can we contact you?

SpartMart customer service can be contacted at spartmart@stemk12.org. You can also chat with us through Shopify by clicking on the chat icon near the bottom right part of your screen.

Are we eligible for a refund?

Some products are available for a refund within a week. Food items are excluded*

Where do I buy goods?

All of our products can be purchased online *excluding food and drinks. Another location our products can be purchased is the school SpartMart. The schedule can be located below. With recent changes, the secondary school SpartMart is now located within the commons, in the hallway connecting the middle school and the elementary school. 

 

Our retail location is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:50 AM
